NOT KNOWN FACTS ABOUT K2 SPICE POWDER

I have lately commenced supplementig K2 (from natto) and I get menstrual-like cramps (even in the midst of a cycle) since the primary working day of doing this. I don’t get any cramps if I skip using vit K2. Shall I prevent having the supplemnt?Somebody could make K2 by spraying synthetic psychoactive chemical compounds on to dried plant material
